            My Beacon Platform doesn't open from my Umbrella Members Area - what to do?

            We found out that in 99% of the cases it's your browser's popup blocker. Especially if you're using Chrome (which we love). 

            You'll need to ALLOW the page, so next time you click to open your Beacon Platform from the members area, check if its' being blocked. 

            In Chrome, you'll see the page being blocked on the right of the URL bar. 

            If you do, follow these steps:
            1. Click the pop-up alert icon blocked pop-up alert (in the address bar)
            2. Click the link for the pop-up you'd like to see
            3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select "Always show pop-ups from [site]."
