SSL Failed (New Template)

SSL Failed (New Template)

Hi X,

Something in the DNS configuration is blocking the SSL attachment.

Could you please make sure the below records are added to the DNS settings on your domain’s dashboard?

A record -> @ -> 185.58.213.122

CNAME record -> www -> yourdomain.here

You could also ask your domain provider’s support to add them for you:

Hi Support,

In regards to domain: yourdomain.here

Please change my DNS settings to:

A record -> @ -> 185.58.213.122

CNAME record -> www -> yourdomain.here

Thank you!

---------------------------------

Once done, please let us know and we’ll try to add the certificate again. :)
